Grand Victorian architecture is the legacy of the wealthy Glasgow barons (tobacco, sugar, whisky, cotton, etc) who had their holiday homes on Bute in the late 1800s. These homes are in Craigmore along Mountstuart Road (front) and Crichton Road (back). |
