Community’s views sought on “Discover Bute Landscape Partnership Scheme” - Webmaster @ 12:25 GMT

A wide-ranging consultation process is underway on the Isle of Bute to solicit the views of all different sections of the public on the “Discover Bute Landscape Partnership Scheme” which is presently in its Development Phase prior to a Stage 2 submission to the Heritage Lottery Fund for funding of £1.7m towards an estimated total project cost of £2.4 million.

Funding for Rothesay Pavilion Restoration? - Webmaster @ 12:37 GMT

A sub-group of Bute Beyond 2000 is putting together an application to the Heritage Lottery Fund for a Project Planning Grant as a first step towards a possible Stage 1 Application for the funding of a comprehensive restoration of Rothesay's iconic Pavilion.

Official hand-over of Rothesay’s new multi-million- pound joint school campus - Webmaster @ 09:36 GMT

After a number of construction delays and missed deadlines Rothesay’s multi-million pound new joint campus (comprising Rothesay Academy, Rothesay Primary and Argyll College) has been officially handed over by Barr Construction to Argyll and Bute Council and its delivery partner, ABC Schools Ltd.
