Rothesay again secures awards in Beautiful Scotland in Bloom competition - Webmaster @ 13:37 GMT

Rothesay has excelled again at this year’s Beautiful Scotland in Bloom Awards Ceremony by winning two coveted prizes - the Horticultural Award (town/city with the best horticulture in Scotland), and the Sea Scotland 2005 Special Award (for improving the local environment, promoting sustainability and encouraging tourism).

A follow-up report on Rothesay Academy by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Education (HMIe) notes pleasing progress and improvement in many aspects of the school’s life. This comes on the heels of greatly improved examination results announced three weeks ago.
